PROPERTY PROPOSAL PROCEDURE
The Board of Trustees has authorized the Superintendent to accept or decline proposals for the purchase of tax property.
Please put your name, address, phone number, the parcel number of the property, location of the property and the amount of your offer on a piece of paper. Remember that the minimum offer we will accept is $1000.00.** If and when awarded, it is your responsibility to file the deed. Enclose this information in a sealed envelope marked “tax property” to the attention of the Superintendent. The district will not take proposals over the phone.
